Fake charity banned by BBB preying on old people, ignoring DNC spamming phones with dead air calls multiple times a day. Sometimes behind blocked number
Kept getting "Restricted Number" calls, sometimes several per day with no one talking when call was answered. Used a caller i.d. unmasking service to figure out who it was, then blocked the number.
