keep calling back, sound foreign, basically hang up when someone speaks? then why keep calling? Has been going on for weeks all times of day or night late, and weekends.

FWIW, the BBB knows about this company and gives them an "F"!

They've been calling me everyday for weeks, and for the last few days I tell the person calling "remove my number" and they say "ok", and then they call again the next day.

Today I managed to talk to some calling herself "Terry", who works for the Arabic department. The company is BlueTone Telecommunications, they were calling from Detroit Michigan. I think this is the same as https://btone.us/

NOTE: This is a Boston number, but the person calling me said that they are in Detroit Michigan. Hopefully this will help put them out of business.
