Caller identified herself with URS and said she was looking for "XXX" who I recognized is my neighbor. I had to ask what URS stood for--United Recovery System Limited Partners. I asked if this was a collection agency. She said "No." She asked if this was "XXX" address, which was my neighbors. I said, no, thats my neighbor (which I realize now she already knew!). She still insisted on needing to contact my neighbor and could I help her locate them. I offered to put a note on their door. Afterwards, I looked up the company on the internet and realized that this was a collection agency.
