received call today after not receiving calls for months...same scam...I immediately told them I would call FBI...thick idian accented woman gave me american 1st name...when I said I would call FBI she just kept asking about did I know of lawsuit put thick accented man on phone and he would not give me his name and hung up on me.........same BULL....I am tired of this...I cam right back at them and did not give them time of day.....same number as others have received...1-619-500-4351!!! BEWARE!!!

This lady's name was Jennifer, with a very heavy accent. I immediately thought something was odd, any how I could not hardly understand a word she said, but I could make out line from her " do not disregard dis message, ip you do, den all i ken say eee guud luck"...thats exactly how she sounded, so I was interested on who they were and why the were calling me with these kind of messages. So I return the call and Immediately, some guy picks the phone identifies himself as John and asks me if he is speaking with "____" (my real full name and social) and then proceeds to tell me that he , not Jennifer, is handling my case, and that this upcoming Monday, I was being served with a lawsuit against me for some non payment of a loan that I know I never got from a company I never heard of. When I questioned it, he just asked for my lawyers info, no inquiries about payment, no inquires about my checking account, just my lawyers info. So I told them I was just going to have to wait and see wait comes in the mail and hung up..........Now Im reading all these comments about them calling others also. Im left wondering whats next?????

big scam trying to get money telling you there gonna be out to your job to do some investigations at your job. them when you ask for the companys phone number "American payday" they give you a phone number of 6617313754 and they want you to speak to a john grogan but when they put you on hold it plays very loud circus music. and on top of it all they sound like there from India or some place like that where its very hard to understand them. ignore these numbers its a scam to get you info.

I got serveral calls on my cell phone... always left a message, which I couldn't understand because of the heavy accident.

People have called here for one of our employees from this number. I asked if they'd like to leave a message and they told me they were calling because the person who worked here was being sued, knowing i was not the person they were trying to reach. What ACTUAL law firm would do that? These people are garbage. Order them to stop calling or you will contact the FTC.
