Doesn't seem to comprehend the fair collections laws and hides behind a billion different phone numbers.

they call from several different numbers several times per day!!

Won't stop calling. Have my number under someone else's name.

They call 3 or more times a week, when I a male answers the phone they hang up. And my number is a cell number

Not only have I been getting calls from these guys for over a year, they have gotten a hold of both my home (unlisted) and cell phone. I sometimes literally have both phones ringing at the same time and they leave no vm. Also, they also trade off my number to other call centers. I now have them targetd for VA and KS states. I have spoken with them REPEATEDLY. They don't ask for me by my married name (4yrs married now) and they have asked me to give THEM personal information on an acct they REFUSE to send me written documentation of (I have been asking for them do this for a yr now). They do mention an acct I had but it was 10 years ago. If they can get my phone number it seems they would also be able to get my address and would WANT to send written documentation. I have repeatedly told them to take me OFF of their calling list. THey will wait a few days and then start up again. I told them today that I am making an official complaint...

Why would an actual collection agency try to collect a debt they say is over 10 years old on a credit card I do not have?
Told them to quit calling me or I was going to charge them with harassing communications.

they are very rude asking for someone else. they harassing me everyday, I told them that they have to remove my number from their list because they got the wrong person still they keep calling. they are very argumentative. I think they are fake or scam. they want my information but never gave them. They can't fool me. If they call again I'll be filing a lawsuit against them.
