harassing phone calls and asking for personal info. when I would give it to them they just hung up without saying anything

This phone number continues to call my phones each day and has started taking 2.95 out of my account, please everyone be careful and beware of this foreign group of calls. I requested no more calls and no free gift cards but they refuse to stop calling.
