I mostly get these calls while I'm not at home and would only get a blank silence on my voicemail. When I was home, I didn't recognize the phone number so I wouldn't pickup. Either way, it was bothersome so I wanted it to stop. I came across a blog comment for a similar phone number that said of a do not call service at 866-246-7196. I called last week, gave the caller's phone number which they confirmed it's on their list and the receiving phone number to request removal from the calling list. It worked to stop the calls so I wanted to pass this on to you all.
