Will not stop calling in early hours of the morning.

I don't owe money and they are calling for my nephew which has never lived with me, and I have no idea where he is at the moment since he serves overseas. This collection agency has been told he does not live here and never has. I explain that my nephew is serving his country. and they still call day in and day out. That is harassment. They have been calling for more than six months and are relentless in their pursuit. I call them back and they put me on hold, if they want valid information they should pick up.
