We get calls from this number 2-3 times per day. I've asked numerous times to please stop calling. One time, the man on the other end told me 'when you hang up, I'll just call you again.' If I ask them to stop calling, they hang up. When I call the number back, it's not in service. HELP!!!!!

Rachel from card member services wants to lower my interest rate on my credit cards.
Too many calls with similar requests have been received at all hours, day and evening. They all show a pone number in my caller ID but a return call to that number results in a recorded,essagethat the phone number is either not a working number or that the mail box is full.
