recorded message (2nd and final notice) to lower credit card interest rates as it is associated with the financial stimulus! Since when does the government make calls from a cell phone? I asked (again) to be removed from their list (4th or 5th time) and the guy actually started to argue with me!! So much for the do-not-call-registry.

Recording saying it was the 2nd and final notice concerning my credit card balance. I have no credit card balance. At least the third call from this number.

I was told that they were a law firm that deals with bankruptcy and IRS debt. When I asked how they got my number I was told that I had called and left a message.
