someone telling me they have the answr tomy credit .recording .

i just got a very bad call from his number. At first it was a recording talking about lowering my credict card rates.Then talked to an operater and she was very rude she even said very unprofessional, rude , sexual, things to me on the phone after i asked to speak to her manager. SHe wouldnt give me her name. This is not right and this needs to be corrected It makes me sick to think someone is getting payed to treat people like this over the phone.

The representative came on the phone line after the recorded message. I asked her for the companies name and she said it was “Financial Services.” I told her I have been getting calls from her company weekly and last week I asked the representative to add our number to their companies do not call list. I asked her if my number was added to their companies do not call list last week, why was I getting another call from her today. She assured me my number was added to their company's do not call list. I also asked for the companies address and the representative hung up.

Why do we have a National Do Not Call List? My phone numbers have been on it for years and none of these companies ever get penalized for violations!

Today, you can not count on caller ID information and there is no real way to trace a call unless the police get involved before a “threatening” call is made to your phone line.

they said that this the 2nd and final notice to lower your credit card rates. Callers name was Saniquia when I asked her to spell her name she became very rude and nasty. Didn't stop her from call 3 more times in the next hour, even after being asked to be put on the no call list.

Every time I get a call from this company I submit a report to the FCC just copy the URL below and keep filing complaints. When enough formal complaints are filed they deal with these companies although it does take a bit of time it works!

I have politely asked to be removed froom this calling list only to be hung up on, or to be sworn at or have lewd comments made by the callers. I am trying to find the name of this company to file a complaint. I have asked to be placed on a do not call list. Again only to be treated rudely. Who is this company.

Trying to tell me id won a free vacation to any destination in the US.
