Get many calls during the last 3 months and a foooool named Benny either does not speak or when he does speak, can't introduce himself or his company. he will not transfer call to a manager because there is no company or manager. Benny is a lost, misearable soul, who makes every attempt to sound professional, but his 3rd grade education and unAmerican culture just makes life miserable for him.
Benny just has to report how many calls he makes; producing any real business is NOT in his interest. If anyone ever hires Benny, be sure to FIRE his ass on the very first day, otherwise you will get customer complaints and LOSS of business !!
