I did not answer the call. I called them back at 2:00 PM today and it was a call in center. They would not answer my question or respond to my request to remove my number from their call list. They hung up on me. the number is (425) 336-8099 Renton, WA.

It claims to be a pre-approval for dental insurance, but does not appear to provide a way to speak to a live person, does not list the name of the company, and does not provide a way to opt out of future calls.
