Thus number keeps coming up on my caller id....it always hangs up and is a missed call.... when I call the number back it says it's a number in the USA and if Iam a law enforcement agent then contact them for further information.......

The calls that you receive from this telephone number could have come from a pay phone located anywhere in the United States. That's right, you might get a call from a pay phone located anywhere in the United States and it would show this very number which is supposedly located in Las Vegas, NV!!! The reason for this is because Pacific Telemanagement Services (PTS) has bought almost all of the pay phones in the United States. They have also programmed ALL of their pay phones to "spoof" the caller ID information to show the (702) 992-9550 Las Vegas number. Why, you may ask? That's an excellent question. Has anyone received a collect call from this number from someone who is from your own city and been billed for a call from Las Vegas?

called and didnt leave a message-called back and said it was a payphone
Always get missed calls from this number but no message
they call and all i hear is nothing. if i call back i get a computer sound.
