This is IC Systems. The Better Business Bureau in Minnesota has received 576 complaints against them. They ignore a Fair Debt Collections Practices Act to cease all communications. But if you take them to court, you can collect from them for violating the law.

These people are the debt collectors from he'll. I have fun avoiding the calls from these nutjobs as they have nothing to do with me and even so, I still wouldn't talk to them

this call keeps coming in after I added it to my blacklist.

This number is for a collection agency named IC Systems. The number some how came up as UPS which really concerns me. Then when I waited for the representative to come on the line, it was some Indian woman asking for my husband. Once I said he was my husband it switched over to a US representative in St Paul MN.

Whats even worse is this debt was paid in 08 at the doctor's office!

This number keeps showing up on my caller id. No one ever speaks it just hangs up. Manassas VA showed up as the caller name.
