This person/company has called every day for the past month. They always leave a couple second blank voice message before hanging up when I ignore it. When I try to answer, a man with a heavy accent says something (I can't understand what he is trying to say) and when I ask him to repeat what he said he hangs up.

I think the former person who had my cell was in major debt. I now get lots of these random collection calls and they don't stop.

This # keeps calling my phone and asking for someone else. I have told the # to stop calling. I got a new # and it must be this person's old #. I guess I will have to switch #'s again.
