Continuously calls, never leaves a message. Also calls from blocked #. Online reports have stated it is a collection agency for ATT, and are very rude and try to use scare tactics to make you pay a bill even if it isn't YOURS!

I don't have any ATT services so its not just for ATT. they never leave a message and you cant call that number back to see who it is. I have an app on my cell phone to block them called call control and I added them to my black list
