don't be a victim! don't give any info to them!

they just want to gain your trust so they can take you for $4 - $6 grand in BS fees via bank draft or debit draft of your account.

this is a scam and not a real business.

This company uses an auto-dialer to call about loan modifications. Their web site is: http://www.patriotmortgagesolutions.org. The main number is: 888-at 880-4078. The address of the company is: 5000 Birch Street, Suite 3000 Newport Beach, CA 92660.
I've asked them several times to stop calling - but they refuse to make the calls stop. I spoke to a person named Derek Randall ext. 502 who said they would remove me off their calling list because I pretended to be interested in their offer. Please call these people often and harass them like they are harassing others.

even though they call me at least twice a day, i do not know the name of the company, other than they say they are a mortgage company and it is a rocording. they say if i want my name removed that i should press 2. that is totally a joke since it does not stop anything. I want my number removed immediately

I just got off the phone with Level3. They confirmed that Broadwing Communications is a customer of a customer of theirs. They told me how to make the calls stop: contact the Level3 Fraud department and file a complaint: 800-348-5457. They said they can make the calls stop on a case-by-case basis, so unfortunately, if you want the calls to stop, each individual has to contact Level3. Stupid I know, but at least it will get these idiots off your back!

Hey everybody. I wrote earlier but thought I would post it again. The company is called Broadwing Communications under a company called Level 3 communications. They have sold our numbers to telemarketers. Lets have some fun. I found there number through some research. There number is 512 742 3700. I have already called them 6 times and submitted complaints to the Attorney General of Tx and IL. Please call them to let them know we can play their game. Look up Level 3 communications on line as well. It has a whole list of the Chief Executive Officers. I'm currently looking for their home phone numbers to say hi to them as well. Just call them for fun and waist their time. Please call them. 512 742 3700.
