Call from "Barbara" but was a male computer generated voice. From Account Services. 5th or 6th one of these I've had. I punched "2", again, to opt-out (but I never opted in...)

Caller name was supposed to be Scott calling about lowering my interest rates on my credit cards. I pressed one and the voice said, thank you for holding.....I wasn't holding, the phone was ringing. I told him the call is traced and not to call me again. He hung up.
