I keep getting this call but have never been able to speak to anyone. You need to know the " Fair Debt Collection Act" and record the conversation. Look for the tactics that they use and use it against them when they violate your rights. They will leave you alone until they sell it off to someone else.

This number belongs to GC Services. They are a ruthless, and somewhat questionably legal collection agency. They have been investigated several times by the BBB for their collection practices, they have been found to be collecting more than once on the same debt. they buy up old debts and try to collect on them. They tried to collect on a debt from me that was more than 15 years old. When a debt is that old, it is no longer valid, However if they can get you to send them even $1.00 they can reopen the collection process and start anew on the statute of limitations time limit. In other words the debt becomes a new and valid debt again. Block this number at all costs
