This number has been calling us constantly for a long time now, and they never leave a message. Caller ID says Frank Fulco, or Jack Heath. A Houston company called Guttermaxx

I received a call from this number today @ 6:53pm on 6/21/12 and the caller id said "H J". When I answered the call, no one said a word, dead silence. I then hung up, and called right back to hear a message that said: "The extension that you have dialed is not available at this time".
I have been getting this phone call to. The caller ID comes up as Frank F. Everytime I answer no one says anything, so then I just hang up

get calls from this number 2-3 times a day, no one says anything. some punk getting his jollies off.

The name on the id shows up as Jack H. only. I have been getting these calls off and on for 2 to 3 years. As soon as you answer they sit there for about 20-30 seconds and hang up. They have the number forwarded so you can't call them back with *69.
