Received a call yesterday evening from a person by the name of Donna Gibson. She wanted to speak to my sister she had my SSN # and DOB. I asked her what this call was in reference to. She said my sister was in trouble for defrauding a financial institution and wanted to mediate resolution . I was given a bogus docket number. Once I ended the call I looked this number and name on line there I found nothing but complaints about her trying to scam others out of money.
