Caller with Indian accent indicated I needed to call 716-575-7391 & speak with Mark Anderson in regards to my wifes recent tax issues. Caller indicated they were calling on behalf of the IRS & Mark Anderson is an IRS agent in the Research & Investigation Unit. They told me I only had 2 hrs to call back or lawsuits would be filed, arrest warrants issued and police sent to our house. I asked 3 different times if they were calling from the IRS-Internal Revenue Svc with the Treasury Dept of the US Govt and 3 times he told me he was & the call was no joke. When I told them my wife would have to be the one to call back they got nasty, started cursing and yelling at me to call this Mark Anderson back NOW so they could stop the proceedings and help with her new Tax Issue. Upon checking other blogs it appears these people are using this scam recently prying on fear to get info and money. I dont like being yelled & cursed at not to mention threatened over the phone. Please stop these scammers.
