I keep recieving a call from this number while im not home and it they leave a message saying This is a call from Weinberg, Grace and Associates saying that they need to talk to contact repersentative or lawyer and to inreference to there toll free number 1-855-8562657.

Spam call from Weinberg aka LVNV. Don't pick up. It's a machine harassing people about Past SOL (Statute of Limitation) debt. The machine is saying that this fake ass law firm has a lawsuit against you.
