Here's a copy/paste of another comment which is effective in stopping these calls; ...for a similar phone number said to call 866-246-7196 for a do not call request service. I did so a few days ago and gave them the caller's phone number and they verified to be on their list then they added my receiving phone number to the do not call list. It was easy and it worked to stop the calls.
