I keep having the same issue, they are calling my direct line at work. When I answer, they say nothing, then hang up. I finally just called back and got the exact same response - a message that says "Turnkey Solutions, all of our operators are busy..." etc.

The most recent phone call I received from this number finally made a noise... a squeaky grunt. How annoying!

Called twice in two minutes, left no msg when machine picked up, I called back and got "Turnkey Solutions, all our operators are busy, leave a message."
