This is a FAKE "Select Home Warranty" or "Choice Home Warranty" home mortgage and home warranty scam by Puta'ng Ina Ka criminals robo-dialing from the Philippines, stealing your credit card number, Social Security number, and personal information. This same Filipino scammer operates multiple scams, including fake car warranty extensions, fake Medicare supplement plans, fake loan financing and fake debt collection, and pretending to be Allstate, Farmers, or State Farm insurance. About 50% of North America scam calls come from India and 45% come from the Philippines. Indian scammers often rotate through fake tech support, subscription auto-renewal, and fake pharmacy scams on the same day.
