I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission & to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Dept this morning. They called saying I have a past due Bank of America card. I have perfect credit & have never had a BOA account, plus I am currently being monitored by all 3 credit agencies for a year. (Thanks Target) The police said they are SCAMMERS using prepaid cell phone displaying local numbers to seem more legitimate. I was told to ask for their FRAUD DEPT if they call back & they will probably get scared & hang up.

Human caller from Dynamic Recovery Solutions tried to con me into making a payment for a debt over 15 years old. DO NOT make any partial payments or even talk to them if your debt is older than the statute of limitations. It's called ZOMBIE debt. Look it up on Nolo and read your rights before they f*&^k up your life. Most accounts are void for collection after 4 years old.
