They are stating that i owe them some money and they say they have a claim against my name and ss number and that they will go forward with final proceedings and that they will file a lawsuit against me for it. The voice message also stated that they are threatening me by taking me to court and that i would receive jailtime for it. I don't owe them any money nor do i know who they are and how they got my phone number. They keep calling me and harrassing me about this even after i have told them to stop calling me and leaving me alone.

I got a vociemail from this person, he has an indian acent. He said his name was Kevin Smith, he worked for a lawfirm and my mother was doing illegal fraud on the internet. My phone said the number it came from was 786 441 0166. This is definatly some sort of fraud.

called my friend saying it was "John Smith" urgent and "not regarding a debt." It was regarding a false debt that I never accrued. I believe it was the same scammers that called me from a different number that is also a scam number. Scam, beware.

I am getting the same calls from this number saying that I owe over $900 to a cash advance company and the person won't even tell me who the cash advance company is and when i supposedly made the loan. He wanted me to setup a payment plan and fax him my debit card number so he can start charging my account.
