Call on cell @ 9:16 AM. Didn't recognize the # so didn't answer.
At 11:07 AM EST, received a missed call for the very first time from this number at my office desk phone. The voicemail was an automated message about lowering the interest rate. On what? I don't know because the beginning of the message was cut off.

Recorded message calling about credit card rate reduction. Call came in on my cell phone.
