Here to say I found a way to stop this caller; call 866-246-7196. It's easy, just give the caller's and receiver's phone numbers. I gave this caller's phone number and also a couple more I was getting, they verified this phone number but not the other two. Oh well, at least this caller stopped calling after a couple of days.
