I didnt answer phone, although I just got off the phone with two credit card companies, making payments. Both calls were difficult to get through because agents spoke with broken accents and were clearly abroad. Cant seem to find anyone of the 10percent unemployed in this country to answer a phone? Phone work can be done at home without massive call centers. Bring the jobs back !

Recorded pitch, I pressed 9 to speak with a rep, Paul answered. I asked the company name, he said "Cardmember Services". I asked what CC company, he said that was the company name. I asked what card he was affiliated with, he said they work with many major CC companies to lower rates. I asked for the company address, he said he would not give me that info, because I was going to harass them. I stated that I was on the Do Not Call List, and they have repeatedly called me. I said I was not going to harass them, I was going to report them to the FBI and FTC. He said something about that was the wrong agency to contact, they they were under the Dept. of Agriculture. (What?) Then he hung up on me.
