Don't answer. If you do they sell your number to other telemarketers as a "live number"

Canadian Pharmacy, no matter how many numbers you block, they'll have more, calling me for 15 years, even when i change my phone number, how do they get my new cell phone numbers?

Seeing any number that is not in my contact list gets rejected or I do not answer. If it is important, a voice message will be left on my phone. This is how I handle cold calls.
