they are trying to offer a lower credit card interest rate but only if you provide them with your bank account information and full name. FRAUD! When you try and call the number back, it's a busy signal.

I answered and they hung up. Tried calling back and it's always busy. Dumb F*** people don't call me and then hang up and then NEVER answer. The call is coming from call ID California.
