Caller is very disrespectful! I told them do not call me at all about this debt and he said no he is going to keep calling and he does not are about any laws!

calls constantly over and over without speaking and yells and curses me out

Just received a call from 760-582-0313 when I answer there was a girl and she said what do I do? She told me to hold on and then quickly hung up!! Don't know what these people are up to but it cant be good!!
