Collection Agency - Professional Service Bureau, Inc. Elk River, MN. Primarily collects on delinquent Mayo Clinic medical bills. Freely and repeatedly violates Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) provisions. Sue them if they harass you!
