Left partial message saying this is the third and final time to get some credit card. They never called from this number before. I called right back and Verizon picked up and said the caller is not available try later

call purporting to help reduce credit card debt. when "1" was selected, I asked how they got my phone number (at work) and his response was that I had selected the number "1". Dug deeper...wanted to know how they got my phone number. Response was that I must have a VISA or MasterCard and got my number from them. I asked which card issuer provided my number. He hung up.
