is a land line they have their phone answering machine set to answer number is disconnected is 4th rate debt collector but they will not give you any info because they have none it is probably a debt that has been legally forgiven and they think if they keep harassing the ppl they will pay my number is listed to someone that has been dead ten years..

operator claims "this number is disconnected or not in service" ...and yet someone using that # was able to place the call

They called my number with a recording. My number is a work cell phone registered with national DNC. The invasive nature of such a thing is unforgivable. I would like to sue these people or at the very least find out their office address and give them a piece of my mind.

This seems to belong to debt consolidation group making cold calls, even if you're on the National DNC list.
