this person that is calling me is so rude asked if i was trying to make a fooling out of him? I asked him what that meant and he kept asking me that I finally asked him if it was even english. He keeps calling my work my cell phone and threatening and harassing me, cussing at me. I don't know what to do. I did take out a loan but they won't give me the loan from. I gave them my credit card number stupid!! so I'm going to have to replace that one. I don't know how people get away with this.

I receive a call from this people telling me that i was goin. to be arrested and that they send the police they have all my info with them who is this people

he says I owe a check advance place money but I don't. He say its for a period when I was in hospt having surgery for colon cancer. I will get bank records during that time period to check out activity on my bank account -- which is the only acct I have.

this man has gotten my information from somewhere and has called my job,my parents,my house,my cell and even a friend.he states that i owe a check advance company $739 for a check advance i had in 2009.i dont use check advance companies and dont use checks.so i know he is lying.he has cussed me,and everyone else he has called he been very abusive and foul language.his number comes from a private residence in southern part of florida.i dont know how to report him to florida law and even if i could or if it would help.but he is very persistant and wont stop calling.i have to get him reported and this so called company he says he owns,acs incorp.
