fishy.

This was a recorded message saying "Because of your recent entry in a sweepstakes, you won a Carnival Cruise."
I never entered a sweepstakes and this is my cell phone number, so this company is using my cell phone minutes.
I pressed 1 to speak to an operator and when I told her I was on the FTC and state of FL Do Not Call List, she hung up.
