Called early on a Sunday afternoon. Cellphone rang twice: no message left by caller. Unless I recognize a calling number, I let it go to voicemail to ascertain if a message indeed will be left. I never call back to a number that does not first leave a message of interest or of actual relevance to me. All other incoming unsolicited calls merely are deleted. DO NOT answer such calls: doing so might incur a charge on your phone's monthly invoice.
