This number CLAIMS to be CBV Collections. However, I looked up the actual CBV, and this number (as well as the 1-866 number they leave you with) don't even come close to matching the actual CBV. Another person being harassed by this number got a hold of CBV and they told him: 1) We don't have any files/accounts in your name. 2) The number you've been given from this other place is not ours. and 3) If we do call people the area code will be 604, NOT 778.
This number will call around 3-6 times a day between 7:00am-10:30pm. If you don't answer, sometimes (and it's VERY inconsistent) they will leave an automated voicemail. In the voicemail, they don't even bother identifying who they are or the nature of the call.

They call you and call you and call you and harass you if you have an outstanding
balance owing for taxes or MSP apparently...
