11/4/2010 I received a call on my Work cell phone stating my Chase Card had been locked due to a fraud alert. Press #1 to speak to Fraud Unit and reactivate the Card. My Work numbers are not on any of my cards, so this clearly was a fraud.
This scam called ad said my chase debit card was locked and wanted me to enter the card number. The problem was it called my cell and the bank only has my home phone so I smelled a rat. I was worried about the card thou so I called the bank and they confirmed this is a scam so I gave them this phone number for investigations. The bank never asks you to enter your card number and especially the pin.
Wanted me to reactivate a Chase credit card. I don't own a credit card.
Received a call from this number, didn't catch what card it said had been deactivated but pressed 2 to connect to "security department", another recorded voice saying "to reactivate card press 1, to leave press 2", I tried 0 to get to an operator and nothing.
According to Intelius it's a cell phone out of Miami, FL.
Scan called to get me to enter 16 digit card number
