No one answers when I pick up. Have called every day this week

i HAVE HAD CALLS FROM THIS # FOR ABOUT 5 DAYS BOTH THROUGH THE DAY TIME AND EVENING HOURS. tHERE IS JUST A CLIP AND IF i DIAL IT BACK, i GET A BUSY SIGNAL.

I have received three calls from this number in one week. The first call the caller left a message on my voice mail screaming heloooooooooooooooo. There were other voices in the background. The call was received at 8:45 p.m. The second call was hung up on before the voice mail came on and was received at approximately 8:45 p.m. The third call was received at 3:45 p.m. on 7/1/11. The caller sounded like he was on drugs. He started talking about a grandmother, wanted to know why I didn't like him, etc.

I have subsequently blocked calls from this number, but would like to know what company this caller is representing so I can make a complaint.
