Some guy called me 4 times, 2 times on my unlisted cell phone, named Kevin Levine but barely spoke engloish. He either was looking for the wrong person or horribly mispronounced my name. Have no idea what they want but if this continues I will be following a report to the appropriate authorities.

3 months ago, answered phone to someone asking for my name with a different middle initial...knew right away there's a problem so I wouldn't correct him...told him wrong person and hung up (politely). Since, I've received up to 5 calls per day and many instances that I attempt to answer, the caller hangsup. Today, I finally get someone when answered phone and was looking for me (my name WITHOUT middle initial). Hmm. And he says I have some outstanding Captial One credit issue (???) Hmm. AND, he recited a SNN to me that of course wasn't mine.

Consequently, he had to tell me to not be so rude with him (after upwards to 150 phone calls to my number). After telling him to F-Off, I hung up.

I assume that the 112 lawsuits against MRS Associates will do nothing to curb their phone calls. I assume that my telling them to take me off their database will do nothing. It's the American way you know. Nothing will be done to curb this harrassment. Nothing. Hmm.

I'll block both phone numbers and see how they contact me going forward.

Incidently, for those who THINK they're looking for a relation most likely got DUPED into admitting a family member to crooks---good luck with that.

some one named steven harris on a recording says he's going to make a decision on my be half if i dont call him back??

keeps calling asking for personal info.
when asked not to call and mail documents, she hung up.
same situation the second time.
about to report to the local police if she continues calling.

These numbers 212-920-8260 and 877-553-3114 keep calling my home leaving a message that it is very important I call a 800-213-9519 number about an outstanding balance. I know what balances I have and I want these calls to stop. I have no late payments or outstanding balances on anything. I think this is just some scam. Why is the government not stopping all this identy phishing scams? I don't care what country they are from, stop them.
