unknown number shows on the caller ID, the calls are unsatisfactory in identifying the reason for the contact

I am receiving these calls with the same recorded message at work. I could get in trouble because it looks like I am receiving personal phone calls at work. This harrassment needs to stop. I don't even owe any money or debts so I'm not sure how I keep getting these calls at my desk line. Is there anyone out there who can help? My job could be at jeopardy soon.

Call comes in from China (1-555-555-0120) but the return phone number is 1-800-235-1459. Dave Murphy is the name attached to the voice. If you press "0" you get someone who is rude, will hang up on you and/or argue. I wonder how they ever collect any bad debts with these kind of tactics.

I receive calls probably every day, from a Dave Murphy, with the same message asking to call this 800 number. The caller ID comes up as unknown caller. This harassment needs to stop.
