They are calling me from a debt from a divorce that was taken care of from years ago with lawyers and the proper legal system.

Veritas Alliance collection agency. If you talk to them, that just encourages them. If you do anything other than block the many, many numbers that they call from, then they become convinced that they can get money from you and will double their efforts to do so - regardless that you don't actually owe them anything.
