Automated calls came 3 times in a 2 hour period, leaving cut-off voicemail messages with no phone number to call back. I had to go through my voicemail messages and inquire as to who had even called as I was on a flight while the calls came through. THREE VOICEMAILS in a 2 hour span. Customer or not, this is ridiculous and excessive. Chase needs to be stopped.

They should fine them and put them in jail. There should be consequences for their actions.

I continue to receive calls on my cell phone from 800-280-9441 at all hours of the day and night. Caller ID only shows number, no name. Caller never leaves a message or sits quietly for a few minutes to see if someone will answer. One time I heard heavily accented voices in the background. I will not return calls to without first knowing who is calling. Number does not match any numbers I have for my credit card providers.

This IS Chase Credit Card services calling you, but they're so massive and omnipresent, they likely have dozens and dozens of toll-free numbers they harass people from. I called them back and received a prompt to enter my full credit card account number.
