This is not a scam. Its for real. Thank goodness I checked my account online. No need to call back or speak to anyone. If you are able to, just check your account online.

They called twice in the last 2 days. It is a scam. The person at the top of the list is wrong. It is not a legitimate arm of CitiBank. And they are still operating.

I was suspicious too, getting a bunch of robocalls saying my name and my credit card. It turns out it is not a scammer, but the bank's collection agency. If you get calls like this, there is either a bill you are not paying, or someone else has ripped off your credit card number. Check your credit card account online and see what is happening, or call the number on the back of your credit card and get things cleaned up. But don't ignore these messages.

They keep calling my mom, claiming to be be from Citibank. Then want me to call back with pin number. These robocalls are occurring about 4 times a day for the past 3 days.

Received an "important message from Citibank" on my answering machine. Turned out to be a pshishing scam. Do not call them back.

Several calls on Saturday - 15 calls on Sunday. Was not at home - did not return the call...I suspected this was a scam

Still active - received call in February, 2015. Various numbers given to call - each one of them asks for account number / social security / etc. As soon as you start asking any more targeted questions or to speak with a supervisor they hang up.

Received several calls from 800-298-6359 claiming to by Citicard. A recorded message first asked for a message code which I never received. After hitting 0 I got a live voice who asked for my home number to get further information but I would not give any information, once I had pulled up this website and realized it was a scam number.

I got a call for a week from this number too and it is 2014. Calling since 2010? No problem reported? Maybe check with Citibank or your own bank before giving information?

Same here, call claims a balance on CityCard that can be paid by phone.

They claim to be citibank and try to get personal information from you. Then they say that the account ioverdue and to take payment by credit card. SCAM. I found other references to them on the net from a year ago - I can't believe they are still operating.
