I have been getting Calls from these idots everyday now for a month, they are calling like 3/4 times aday!!!! Im sick of them and really want to make a complain. This is just unreal...

These clowns claim to be collecting on a (fictional) pledge to PAL. They're also quite rude when you tell them they've made a mistake. Obviously PAL wouldn't use these folks to fool you out of your account info.
